Welcome to 09win. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 09win ("09win", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://09win.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and all promotional activities offered thereon.

By accessing the 09win platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered user account created by a Player on the 09win platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-withdrawable credits awarded under a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by 09win before a Player may make a withdrawal or as otherwise requested.
• "Platform" means the 09win website, mobile site, and any associated software or applications operated by 09win.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia and the sole transaction currency of the Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or entry placed by a Player on any game or event offered through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under the age of 21, is accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction, or is otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms.

To be eligible to create and maintain an Account with 09win, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, agent, contractor, or close associate of 09win or any of its affiliated entities.
• You do not hold more than one active Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are subject to immediate closure without notice.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had your Account closed by 09win for a breach of these Terms.
• The funds deposited into your Account are not derived from unlawful activity.

When registering an Account with 09win, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly notify us of any changes.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one Account. 09win uses technical and administrative measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 09win reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and void any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 09win will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately by contacting our support team.

09win reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) procedures on any Account at any time. This may include requesting additional documentation such as proof of address, source of funds declarations, or copies of payment method records. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

All transactions on the 09win platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 09win supports deposits and withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. The list of supported payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed on the Platform.

You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties will be reversed and may trigger an investigation. 09win is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with transactions.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within ten (10) minutes of submission, subject to KYC verification status and applicable security checks. 09win reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to conduct additional verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified on the Platform.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your Account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. 09win may request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

09win offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions (such as Chinese New Year and festive season campaigns). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which supplement and are incorporated into these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 09win promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only real-money wagers contribute to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 09win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Each Player is eligible for a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through new accounts — constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the Player and may not be transferred to another account.
• Where 09win suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated betting to exploit promotional terms, 09win reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

All wagers placed on the 09win platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered upon. These game-specific rules are published on the relevant game pages and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, and other competitions offered on the Platform — wagers are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant competition body. In the event of a postponed or abandoned event, 09win's event-specific settlement rules as published on the Platform shall govern.

09win reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, as a result of a manifest pricing error, due to technical malfunction, or where 09win has reasonable grounds to believe the wager was placed using knowledge of a predetermined outcome. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for casino games are theoretical long-run averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Past results do not predict future performance. All casino games are governed by certified random number generator (RNG) software that is independently audited to confirm fairness.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 09win platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption of sporting events.
• Colluding with other Players in any game or betting market, including but not limited to poker ring games.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Using the Platform while located in a restricted jurisdiction.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal or payment information.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith following a legitimate transaction.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.

All content available on the 09win platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio-visual elements, and the overall compilation and arrangement thereof — is the intellectual property of 09win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of 09win's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Malaysian and international intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 09win and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether or not 09win was advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall 09win's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

09win does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or secure basis. We reserve the right to take the Platform offline for maintenance, upgrades, or security purposes without notice. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

09win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void balances associated with that Account, where 09win reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account was registered using false or fraudulent information.
• The Player is or has become a Prohibited Person.
• Unusual, suspicious, or fraudulent activity has been detected on the Account.
• The Player has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards Platform staff.
• 09win is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements and provided no investigation is pending on your Account.

09win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players by posting an updated version of these Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. In certain circumstances — such as where changes are required by law or to address security concerns — amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 09win holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

If you have a complaint about the Platform or any aspect of our service, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. We will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and to resolve it within five (5) business days. If we are unable to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction, further escalation options will be communicated to you at that stage.
